Offering high-quality breads, we use grains grown and milled in Texas by our friends at Barton Springs Mill and their partner farmers. Order 72 hours in advance! Want something specific that isn’t listed here? Get in touch via the contact form and we’ll see what we can do about a custom order.
Please note: I am legally only able to sell my bread in Texas and unfortunately cannot accommodate shipping requests. During the “Stay-At-Home Order” I will be offering pickups from my place in Central East Austin only!

Couple of things:
- All of our bread contains gluten. That might change in the future, but here at the start, we are not gluten-free.
- Pre-order at least 72 hours in advance of when you’d like your bread.
- Pickup only in East Austin during the COVID-19 pandemic and “Stay-At-Home Order”.
- All Bakehat bread is made with fresh, Texas-grown grains and flours from Barton Springs Mill.
